Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been approved, and production has begun. 

If your item arrives damages or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a resolution if the product was defective due to our error.
